I'm Professor Jonathan Morris, aka The Coffee Historian. I'm the author of Coffee A Global History and co-creator of the History of Coffee Podcast series. I was one of the editors of Coffee: A Comprehensive Guide to the Bean, the Beverage and the Industry, and was Director of the Cappuccino Conquests project tracing the spread of Italian-style coffee around the world.
I am a professional historian specialising in coffee history. As well as writing books and articles on coffee, I am a frequent speaker at industry and consumer events such as the London Coffee Festival and HOST, and am a Judge for the Best New Product in Show awards at the Specialty Coffee Association's annual World of Coffee event.
